MRC McLean Hazel is strong in transport policy and planning. We have considerable experience in transport planning work including advice on the development of sustainable transport strategy and policy at local, regional and national levels.

Our transport planning project experience includes the development of the recent Local Transport Strategy for the City of Edinburgh Council, the production of a paper on Road User Charging opportunities for the South East England Regional Assembly and the preparation of a Green Travel Plan for Edinburgh’s new Quartermile development area. We also regularly act as advisors to organisations such as the Commission for Integrated Transport.
